Being able to quantify results is a benefit i have, I added Bcaa to my workout supplement plan back in February.
Looking back on my Body fat tests i put 2.8 kg of lean mass on which in turn helped me lose 1.8% body fat in exactly 14 days and BCAA was the only supplement i was taking during my workouts in that time.
If you think taking BCAA is impractical for you think again. your workouts will be drastically changed and you results much improved.
