• Phellodendron amurense extract (containing Berberine HCl 100m)  123 mg
• Tetrase™ (Humulus lupulus L.) (Tetrahydro-iso-alpha acids complex, from hops)  100mg
• Niacin (as niacinamide)  20 mg NE
• Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl)  2mg
• Zinc (as zinc citrate)  2mg
• Biotin  200 µg
• Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin)  83 µg
• Folate (as folic acid)  80 µg
• Selenium  (as selenomethionine) 40 µg

Ingredients: Support: Microcrystalline cellulose, Tetrahydro-iso-alpha acids complex, Phellodendron amurense Extract (Berberine HCl), support: cellulose, anti-caking agent: stearic acid (vegetable), niacinamide, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, zinc citrate, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (vegetable), pyridoxide HCl, biotin, methylcobalamin, folic acid, selenom-ethionine and coating (deionized water, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethelene glycol, and carrageenan).

Recommended Use: Take 2 tablets initially, followed by 1 tablet three times per day as needed with food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking cyclosporine or anticoagulant medication.
