When I first learned of Yin Builders ability to help recover from adrenal fatigue I bought some, and within 2 days I noticed results:
- I was waking up fully rested
- My sex drive went into overdrive
- my body fat decreased with continued use
I now use it with all my clients and when my training is really hard e.g. intensification phases. Something you should have in your cupboard all the time.
